Shipping

We ship our orders in Europe via United Parcel Service (UPS) and DPD, at checkout you can choose your way for delivery. Yes we charge a fee for shipping unless otherwise indicated, as shipping isn’t free but we try to keep these as low as possible. In some occasions we might offer free shipping given a certain promotion. The costs of shipping will appear at checkout after you have put in your full address details. Please be aware that deliveries outside the USA or EU may result in additional customs duties, taxes and/or fees. We have no control over these and are not responsible for these. When these costs apply they will be regulated by UPS and the respective country.

WE OFFER A VARIETY OF PAYMENT OPTIONS, INCLUDING ALL MAJOR METHODS. THESE OPTIONS MAY VARY PER COUNTRY, AT CHECKOUT A FULL LIST FOR YOUR SPECIFIC COUNTRY WILL BE PROVIDED.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.
JR Sportpromotions shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or temporary addresses (including but not limited to hotel addresses).
In such cases, any additional shipping or handling costs incurred for resending the order shall be borne by the customer.

Undeliverable Orders and Returns Due to Absence

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the recipient is not available to receive the package, or if the customer fails to collect the package from the designated pickup point after being notified by the carrier (including multiple notifications), and the shipment is subsequently returned to JR Sportpromotions, the customer shall be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for resending the order.

If the customer chooses not to have the order resent, only the value of the products will be refunded, excluding the original shipping costs.

JR Sportpromotions shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from the customer’s unavailability to receive or collect a delivery.

If shipment is returned due to incorrect address, unpaid duties, or failed delivery attempts, original shipping costs are non-refundable and return fees may be deducted.
